The rooms were comfortable and equipped with all necessary amenities. The staff were attentive and provided great service throughout our stay. The location was fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and the city centre. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the in-house restaurant's menu, which offered a range of local and international cuisines.
The WiFi service was poor and kept disconnecting. , our room overlooked a busy street, resulting in a lot of traffic noise throughout the night.

The best aspects were the friendly and helpful staff at the reception, housekeeping, and restaurant. We enjoyed the excellent breakfast with a broad menu card that included local, Asian, and International food. The hotel facilities were clean, and the location was good.

Staying in the heart of the city, I had easy public transportation access, and the fresh fruits at breakfast were delightful. the reception staff and restaurant servers were hospitable and attentive, always ready to assist me with my needs.
The outdated policies felt unnecessary, and the food was mediocre for the price. the lift was quite small, which made it difficult to move around, especially with luggage.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Good breakfast with dosa. Excellent Café Latte. Broad menu card with local, Asian, and International food. Fast laundry service. Reception staff Dcosta, Sanjeeta, and Bandana were wonderful.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
